PLEASE READ: Louisiana Dog Rescue is not an open intake rescue. We are only able to intake the dogs we have room for. When you submit this form, we will contact you if we are able to intake your dog. By submitting this form, you agree we are allowed to forward any information to other rescues that we think may be able to help. NOTE: This form is for dogs currently in kill shelters. Any forms submitted for any other dogs will be discarded.
